Still in awe after supporting my very first doula birth 💞

This incredible mama stood so strong for what she wanted - and she got it!

A beautiful, powerful PHYSIOLOGICAL birth, placenta and all (in a hospital setting!) - just the way she had envisioned 💞

It wasn’t easy at the start - there were moments of NO and NOT CONSENTING, but she held her ground! I’m very proud of her for advocating for herself and her baby 💞

And a special thank you to the lovely midwife who supported her choices with so much care and respect 💞

Feeling honoured, inspired and so grateful for supporting this mama on her journey 💞

I got my period back again after almost 23 months of feeding this little monkey. I know it’s very important information 😂, but I thought I share it anyway!

This boy still needs his bo***es and also at night. I think because of the night feeds it took so long for my cycle to return. Not that I really missed it, but I kind of missed it 😂And I had like 3 periods in the last 4 years with 2 pregnancies and nursing babies/ toddlers.

I got my period back earlier with my first boy. I was able to wean him off the night b***y and they returned and then pregnant again 😂

We’ll see how long the b***y journey still lasts. He definitely still needs them. While I’m not always enjoying it anymore, I’m also not ready to let go yet 😂

I feel it’s time to introduce myself again. It’s been awhile since I posted more than just baby and toddler pictures 😂

Hello, I’m Marion, a mama of 2 beautiful little boys who need most of my attention at the moment 😊

My real or other job is teaching yoga and Pilates and I’m also a reflexologist.

I’ve been teaching yoga and Pilates for over 10 years now. I did various trainings and my teaching style has changed over the years, but I still love teaching a stronger flow class as well as beautiful calming yin practice ✨

Yoga has taught me to slow down, to feel home in my own body and to get a clearer perspective on things.
My yoga practice also has changed since having kids - 10 minutes of yoga and kids climbing on you is still a yoga practice 😂

Complementing my experience as yoga and Pilates teacher, I qualified as a reflexologist in 2020. I’m a registered reflexologist with the NRRI which means you may be able to claim some of the cost of your treatment back from your health insurance.

I did post graduate trainings in:
Reflexology for fertility
Reflexology for maternity
Facial reflexology (natural reflexology facelift)

Reflexology to me is extremely relaxing. I love receiving and giving the treatment 😊

My aim is to help you through yoga, Pilates and reflexology to find balance, strength and ease in your body and to enjoy your movement practices✨

Meet little Adam, born almost 3 weeks ago 💞

He was really eager to join us and made an early and swift entrance into the world 💞

I couldn’t have my home birth as I planned it, since Adam was early, but I got the best support during and after pregnancy from my midwife Nanni and after Adam was from Sarah as a second midwife 💞

The lovely little romper Adam is wearing was handmade by my midwife Nanni 💞

I’m back from lovely family holiday in Poland 😊

I’ll be teaching in .ie again this week, and also we’ll be covering a couple of classes. Check out their schedule 😊
