We are delighted to introduce our new open-access art area in Preschool 1!
This space includes an easel with magnetic paper, a blackboard, and a fully stocked art trolley with crayons, chalk, paint sticks, paper, magnets, wipes for independent cleaning, and aprons to protect clothing. The children have full access to these materials throughout the day, supporting their independence and creativity.
At circle time, we introduced this new area to the children and discussed how to use the materials safely and respectfully. Together, we explored the importance of keeping our art space tidy and ready for our friends to enjoy when we are finished.
