It has been almost a month since I received news of my father's passing. It has been hard to come to terms with the fact that he is gone, but his memory and legacy live on through his family and the people whose lives he touched throughout his life. One of the most important things he taught me is to try to help your fellow man if you can and to be a genuinely good person. He also taught me not to shy away from work, no matter how small or big. In many ways, I am the man I am today because of him, and I'll be forever grateful to him for everything he has given me. ๐Ÿ™โค๏ธ

What I have learned in the past few weeks is that, no matter how painful it is to realize that a loved one is no longer among us, we must take one day at a time and do our best to live our lives remembering all the good they have done for us and taught us. We should honour their legacy and live to our best ability, look after our health and well-being, and look out for our family and friends. In the end, we all have one life, and we must live true to ourselves, be the best we can be, and do our best to help others along the way.

Likewise, in your health and fitness journey the there will be times like you might not feel like you making any progress, and the road ahead seems daunting and sometimes impossible. However, these are the moments you need to keep your persistence and discipline to keep moving forward... no matter how small steps you take... keep climbing that moutain. Is your training program challanging you or you going trough the motions and not realy seeing any progress? ๐Ÿค”
Speaking from my personal experience.... Nothing changes if we don't challange our limits.... Yes there will be days where you have to listen to the body and scale down the intensity... But every session should be approached with a mindset to get most of every exercise, set, repetition by applying sufficient amount of stimulus to the body so that the it can adapt to get fitter and stronger.... To realy see what you are capable of... I dare you to be fully engaged with your training... focus on muscle activation, have sufficient resistance and truly challange your limits.. Make most your training... Eat well sleep well and you be amazed how your body will change ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ’ช

When you are looking to improve your health and well-being. These are some of the things you should do.

1st Move
Be as active as possible throughout the week.. go to the gym, go on hikes, go cycling, etc. Whatever you like to do.

2nd Eat real food
Do your best to eat whole foods, prep your meals, eat plenty of different vegetables, good carbs, and good protein sources .

3rd Grounding
Get out in nature as much as you can. Walk barefoot in grass. Do walks along the beach. Breath and be immersed in moments and your surroundings. It's good for the mind, body, and soul.

4th Rest
Make sure you get enough recovery from day to day life. Make sure your sleep and its quality are sufficient to allow you to have the energy needed each day .



I personally think looking after those aspects of your health will give you the vitality in your life that will enable you to be the best version of you ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ’ช

P.S. I know it is quite hard to have every aspect of the above-mentioned things integrated into your life at full capacity at all times. It's important to do your absolute best you can and you still be better off than completely disregarding them and negatively impacting your well-being.
