It has been almost a month since I received news of my father's passing. It has been hard to come to terms with the fact that he is gone, but his memory and legacy live on through his family and the people whose lives he touched throughout his life. One of the most important things he taught me is to try to help your fellow man if you can and to be a genuinely good person. He also taught me not to shy away from work, no matter how small or big. In many ways, I am the man I am today because of him, and I'll be forever grateful to him for everything he has given me. 🙏❤️
What I have learned in the past few weeks is that, no matter how painful it is to realize that a loved one is no longer among us, we must take one day at a time and do our best to live our lives remembering all the good they have done for us and taught us. We should honour their legacy and live to our best ability, look after our health and well-being, and look out for our family and friends. In the end, we all have one life, and we must live true to ourselves, be the best we can be, and do our best to help others along the way.
