The Chicago Irish Film Festival turns 26 this year and we're very happy that Homebird is an official selection of the 2025 Festival. You can catch the short alongside lots of other wonderful Irish content from February 27-March 09th.

This year’s festival has all the events you know and love, including Sketching Tours; Kids & Teens Workshops; Industry Talks and Masterclasses; Film Screenings - and some very exciting special guests!
Industry professionals and animation-lovers can look forward to a packed line-up of events with special guests including the creators of many iconic Disney characters we know and love, Glen Keane and John Musker; Imogen Sutton, wife and long-time collaborator of animation legend, Richard Williams; & Beryl creator and Emmy award winners, Joanna Quinn and Les Mills.
After the runaway success of 2023, this year's festival will also see a return of the popular Pathways to Animation strand for second-level and third-level students and recent graduates. More details on how to book tickets for these free events will be made available soon.
