Always pay attention to detail

This exercise is continuously performed wrong by doing a squat instead of a hinge

When squatting on this one, it tends to tighten up the legs, and for anyone with quad dominance (most people), this leads to legs becoming tighter, causing a list of issues

We are back chain dominant creatures

Unfortunately, in today's world, spend a lot of time in compromising positions like sitting

When we sit on a chair, this acts as a support to the glutes and in turn, they start to lose strength. When this happens, other muscles begin to overtake, get tight, and the poor low back gets dragged along  

I like to fix these issues firstly with all clients and then begin the process of doing weights the same way your body should be functioning

MMA will push your mind and body to limitations you didn’t know you had

Everyday we show up and work to get comfortable in the uncomfortable

What living this life has taught me is that you must push on and take risks regardless of your past missteps

If you sit around and blame your surroundings you’ll become a victim of your own failure

My goal is to teach you about longevity

In my personal experience from training MMA, I was constantly pushing hard but what I didn't realise was that I had some underlying issues that were about to end my career

When I learned to free up my body, it was like someone handed me a magic pill

Now I feel the best I've ever been

Think of this as a long term investment for your health

It doesn't matter what type of training you are doing, just because it has a specific brand name or label, your body is your body, and it responds to movement, but unfortunately, our brain responds to marketing

My goal is to get you to understand how you can get the maximum potential from your body while feeling incredible

We all want to look good, but none of that matters if you don't feel good.

Many people want to train hard and break themselves because they feel that's what it takes to get results

When you complete your groundwork phase, I’m a big believer in building on the new foundation you have formed

Using machines is fantastic, but this requires a lot of detailed coaching to stop the old or lousy form from happening!
