Our youngest players are loving their development over the past two months and with the football slowing down for the summer (which is crazy) we are speeding things up with the launch of our Brand New Junior Shooters CNS training and playing kits! βοΈ

We have been busy working with our Junior Shooters on their dribbling skills and 1v1 Attacking Duels. The relationship with the ball is the key at the younger age groups! β½οΈ
We have also been introducing visual learning, by explaining the practice on the tactics board before they have a go π§
JS is for children who want to enjoy playing football in an amazing environment with top class coaches who understand the age and stage of our young players development.

When I set up CNS, it was to provide a top class coaching environment for every player! β½οΈ
I found that most clubs resources were saved for the players with the most ability and maybe rightly so but for me every child that loves the game should be treated as equal! π€
One of the biggest problems is the lack of quality coaches, and what Iβve learnt from my time is that, your football program is only as strong as the coaches delivering it. Makes sense doesnβt it but finding and developing them coaches is the hardest part! π€·ββοΈ
Today we are blessed at CNS, to have an incredible coaching team that are dedicated to helping every child develop the same way and to enjoy their journey throughout our Acadmey! π
This is something I tell every coach when they enter our team
βEvery player that enters our system, we have a level for them. Every player will have their own journey in our Academy and it is our job to continue to provide them with the challenges to progress, while they enjoy their footballβ
