Christmas Schedule π
December is obviously the hardest month of the year to stay consistent, and it's natural to wind down and do less.
But with that said, it's also the darkest, coldest month of the year. With lots of social interactions and financial pressure's.
Training in whatever capacity you can manage is definitely the best way to stave off the winter blues and keep your mind sharp.

We Are Growingππ
We currently have an exciting opportunity for two experienced coaches to join our team at Dublin Strength Community.
1 x Full Time (30+ Hours per week)
1 x Part Time (10-15 Hours per week)
CORE ROLES:
- Deliver high-quality coaching in our very popular small group personal training model.
- Plan and develop periodized training plans.
- Manage booking/programming/payment systems.
- Ongoing communication and customer care with current and potential clients.
- Create high-quality Social Media Content.
- Design and deliver exercise programs for Company Wellbeing Initiatives.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
- Third Level qualification (Minimum BSc.) in Sports Science or other Exercise Science degree. (Not essential but preferred)
- A coach who has invested time and effort in continuous development and education. Please detail the courses or workshops you have attended.
- Must be an athlete with a high standard of strength and fitness.
- Experience designing and delivering programs to general populations.
- Minimum 2 years working in the fitness/ leisure or sports industry.
- Experience coaching busy group fitness classes essential.
- In-depth understanding of excellent customer service.
- Excellent people skills and a genuine passion to help others.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media content creation is a huge plus.

Massive congratulations from all the coaches and members of DSC are in order for our resident super woman for placing first in yesterday.
We couldn't be more proud of Jo, one of our longest serving members who's been with us through marriage, kids, and global pandemics... always showing up with a smile on her face, ready to smash a workout, and drag others through the trenches alongside her with a helping hand and an infectious enthusiasm.

πͺπΌHere in DSC we're having a peak week on our program where we ask our community to show us what they can do after a hard month of programming. These may me a rep max test, or a for time WOD, or our brand new DSC Beep Test (more on that later in the week)
π§ On weeks like this mindset can be everything.
π A positive approach leads to a positive result 9 times out of 10.
π Whatever you're doing this week, whether you train with us or not, if you believe you can or if you believe you can't, you're probably right.π
