New Postgraduate Programme Launch at RCSI: Postgraduate Certificate in Residential Care Facility
RCSI’s Faculty and School of Nursing & Midwifery have launched a Postgraduate Certificate in Residential Care Facility Management designed to strengthen leadership and governance in residential care services for older people.
The programme was commissioned by Leading Healthcare Providers, Skillnet and offers a suite of micro-credentials leading to a Level 9 qualification for Residential Care Facilities Managers.
Participants will build expertise in leadership, governance, quality improvement, safeguarding, clinical risk management and infection prevention and control.
Delivered part-time using an active blended learning approach, the programme supports professionals working in residential care settings to advance their knowledge and professional practice.
