Delighted to renew my ASC Coaching Accreditatation with the IAPCM for another year. In my view accreditation is so important in an unregulated industry. In order for me to be accreditated as an ASC I had to do 120 hours of training, 30 hours of CPD, over 750 hours of coaching and partake in a Live Coaching assessment. So a pretty stringent process, proving my worth and credibilty as a coach who truly cares about her clients and their goals.
As the certificate states through accreditation we build trust in the coaching and mentoring profession for the benefit of everyone.

As many of you know I recently took over Mindstream as the new CEO in 2023. We redeveloped our website, added new corporate courses and continue to offer certificates and diplomas in Life and Workplace coaching, something I feel very passionate about.

For me I truly believe everyone should have a Life/Career Coach just like we have a Personal Trainer or a preferred Hair Stylist or trusted Mechanic. We go to these people when we want something fixed or improved and that is exactly what coaching is too. We help you to improve your life and put a plan of action in place to help you achieve whatever it is you want to achieve in life.
