We are happy to announce the winners for the Mary Elmes prize in Holocaust studies in the artistic response category. These students created artistic respnses inspired by the life and legacy of Ireland's Mary Elmes who has been recognised for her humanatarian work during the Holcoaust.
These students recived certificates, lapel pins and book vouchers while first place winners also recive a tronphy and an invitation to read at the Holcoaust Memorial Day Commemoration in January 2027. Congratulations to all!

The destruction of books was not merely the destruction of objects. It was an assault on truth, memory, and human dignity. Art ensures we do not forget.
