The Essence of Yin Teacher Training
I am delighted to be bringing The Essence of Yin Teacher Training to Yoga Kitchen this spring. The beautiful Yoga Kitchen is a little studio with a big heart and is the perfect location for a yin teacher training. It's warm and intimate feel with the fab below will ensure participants will be nurtured from beginning to end!
We have also kept the teacher-student ratio nice and low (training capped at 12) to ensure everyone has plenty time to explore their practice, have their specific questions addressed and delve deeper into the practice of yin yoga.
I am so looking forward to getting to know this new group of students and facilitate them on their journey to becoming yin teachers. As always I'll be drawing on my experience of teaching yin yoga, my background in education and pedagogy and my own ongoing study to support students in moving into a teaching space and help students deepen their practice.

Yin Teacher Mentoring
Privileged to be approached by a number of Yin Yoga Teachers to assist them on their path of teaching and learning.
I have rejigged my approach to being a yoga teacher many times to adapt to changes in lifestyle, energy levels and teaching contexts. I'm in a place that works for me now and allows me to balance all my passions/hobbies/interests that sustain and feed my yoga teaching.
Delighted to be in a position to share what I've learned from my mistakes with these students in a one to one setting. It also allows them to troubleshoot any issues they're facing in their teaching, in a career that can be quite solitary meeting face to face to discuss these things is useful. It also allows them to practice in a more individualised way.
