The PSI EGG began operating within the PSI in early 2013 to represent Early Career Psychologists who are in the first 10 years of their career.

The group will focus on generating and promoting awareness of the PSI and psychology to external audiences which include psychology graduates; developing policy documents for employing psychology graduates (e.g., in voluntary posts); organising events such as career events for graduates; and providing networking opportunities for PSI graduate members.
