Researchers in TCD are inviting care leavers aged (24-30) to take part in this study as their contribution will help to create improved understanding of, and hopefully improved responses to, the needs of care leavers in accessing and progressing through higher education.

What will happen if you volunteer?
If you decide to take part in this study, a member of the research team will interview you twice over the next 12-18 months.
During the first interview we will talk to you about your decision to return to higher
education and how you have found your first year of study.
During the second interview (about a year after the first) we will ask you questions about
how you are getting on, what is going well, what has been challenging.
We can talk to you online or in person and, with your permission, we will record the interview.

Over the past 30 years, parents have been instrumental to the work we do from our amazing mature students, the parents in schools we work with and our brilliant staff who are parents themselves.

11 schools and 55 parents were recognised for their commitment in supporting their children with digital learning.

Congratulations to all the parent who joined us yesterday to graduate from in Trinity College Dublin!

In collaboration with LOETB, PEDL is the Erasmus plus project Programme to Enhance Digital Literacy for parents nationwide (including those from our linked schools).

A fantastic afternoon with wise and inspiring words from Anna-Marie Reynolds from Workday and Ailish Smith from MatureStudents Tcd. We can't wait to see all the graduates back on campus soon!
