The “do I drop the nap?” era 🫣
If your 2-year-old is suddenly fighting the nap, don’t panic - resistance doesn’t always mean they’re ready to drop it. Keep offering for at least 2 weeks before you decide. Most still need it!
This routine helps keep things predictable while you figure out what your toddler needs.
Save this for the days you need a reset. And if you’re stuck in the “nap or no nap” spiral, DM me, I’ve got you.

By now, most little ones are fully on one nap a day. But if yours is still hanging onto that morning nap, cap it at 30 mins max to protect the afternoon nap - and to not interfere with bedtime!! 😴
If your toddler has suddenly decided sleep is optional, this routine might help reset things.
Save it, try it, and if you need backup - you know where I am.

Welcome to toddler territory 🎉 This is often when the 2-to-1 nap transition starts creeping in and bedtimes get...interesting.
This routine is a good starting point, but every little one is different. Save it and tweak as needed.
If it’s all feeling chaotic, I’m here to help. DM me 💕

The home stretch to toddlerhood! If naps are becoming a battle or nights are going sideways, an age-appropriate routine is usually the first thing I look at with families.
Save this one for reference 📍

This age is fun…separation anxiety, developmental leaps, and nap transitions all at once 🫠
An age-appropriate routine helps your little one know what’s coming and feel more settled. Save this and see if it helps.
Still stuck? My DMs are open 💕

Are you thinking about moving your toddler from cot to bed?
Before you do, here’s what actually helps keep sleep on track 👇
💤 1. Wait as long as possible
There is no rule that says your toddler needs to move to a bed by age 3! If they’re happy out in their cot there is no need to move them.
If you’re moving them to free up the cot for a new baby, wait at least 3 months after baby arrives. This gives them time to adjust before losing one of their “safe spaces.”
If they’re showing interest in “the big bed,” that’s a great sign they might be ready.
🧗♀️ 2. Climbing out doesn’t always mean they’re ready
If you’ve got a climber, try giving them a sleep sack, lower the mattress, or remove climbable toys before making the switch. Sometimes the fix is way easier than you think!
🛏 3. Safety first
When you do make the move out of the cot your child will now have a lot more freedom, and it’s so important to consider safety. Make sure that their room is toddler-proofed: think secured furniture, any hazards removed and don’t have anything unsafe in their room. It’s also important to keep stair gates closed or a means to ensure that they are staying safely in their bedroom.
🧸 4. Familiarity = easier bedtimes
Bedtime can become SO exciting with a big change like this. Keep it on track by keeping it boring: same bedding, same cuddly toy, same stories.
