Happy World Mai Tai Day! 🌺🍹

One of the all-time cocktail classics, the Mai Tai is all about balance - bright citrus, rich orgeat and a blend of light and dark rum.

Here’s our go-to recipe:

🥃 25ml Light Rum
🥃 25ml Dark Rum
🍊 15ml Cointreau
🍋 20ml Lime Juice
🌰 15ml Orgeat

Shake and strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass, then garnish with a mint sprig and a dehydrated lime wheel.

We’re showcasing a unique special, “This is not a Cappucino”.

Rich. Bittersweet. Unexpected.

Ingredients:

30ml Ghost Tequila
30ml Sweet Vermouth
15ml Coffee Liqueur
15ml Italian Bitter

Method:

Stir and julep strain
Glassware
Rocks glass
Ice
Cubed ice

Garnish:

Pineapple foam (pineapple juice and egg white)
