A big thank you to Shelly ( ), brand activation manager for the Campari group, who joined our Two Week Course to lead a hands-on session 🍊 Shelly taught the students how to properly make the perfect Aperol Spritz (which is not as obvious as you’d think!)
Once the students nailed the Aperol Spritz, they were able to use the same approach for other spritz-style drinks too 🍹

Massive congratulations to our wine educator Anke ( .c.hartmann ) on being crowned Ireland’s Best Sommelier 2026. An incredible achievement and so well deserved.
Anke will go on to represent Ireland at the World’s Best Sommelier Competition this October, we couldn’t be prouder to have her on our team!
