Enactus Ireland has embarked on a new chapter!

We're thrilled to announce that we have joined forces with the Enactus UK programme, forming the brand new Enactus UK & Ireland! ✨

This next step ensures our students continue to benefit from the support they deserve and provides an even broader network to showcase their innovative solutions for addressing global challenges. It opens doors to new and exciting opportunities, ultimately enhancing the Enactus experience for all students 🌏 💛

As we enter this next chapter, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved in the extraordinary journey of Enactus in Ireland so far. This includes our treasured partners, our dedicated faculty and business advisors, our Enactus staff and board members and, of course, every remarkable Enactus student who has been a driving force of positive change on university campuses in Ireland 🙌

Get ready to be inspired as Enactus Trinity unveils their social enterprises, Vapebox and Souper Fresh, soon to be presented at the Enactus World Cup – a global stage where they'll compete against 30+ countries. 🏆

🕕 Time: 6-7 PM
📍 Location: Tangent (enter via Trinity Business School on Pearse St)

Get a preview of the presentation that will represent Ireland at the Enactus World Cup and participate in a Q&A session with the team to learn more about their projects, the impact they're making, and the challenges they're overcoming.

Heading to Electric Picnic this weekend? Keep your eyes peeled for one half of Enactus Team Ireland '23 who will be on site with their social enterprise **eredemptionproject 🌱

VapeBox are the official v**e recycling partner for the festival and will have recycling points scattered throughout the arenas and campsites.

Vapes contain a variety of materials, from plastics to lithium which need to be recycled correctly. If you see a v**e, pick it up and pop it in a box with the logo - bonus points if you tag us in a snap 📸

🎉 Breaking News: We Have a Winner! 🏆

We are thrilled to announce that Trinity College Dublin has emerged on top as the Enactus Ireland National Champion 2023 for presenting three brilliant social enterprises: Souper Fresh, One Stop Food Shop, and VapeBox.

We would like to express our gratitude to the event judges who dedicated their time and expertise to evaluate the teams and a special thanks to faculty advisors and mentors who helped transform ideas into impactful ventures.

We would like to thank our partners KPMG, Citi FDN, Standard Chartered Foundation, Aer Lingus, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Ekaterra, Enterprise Ireland and The Irish Times for making our work possible. Our appreciation to Chartered Accountants Ireland for hosting this incredible event and all those who volunteered to ensure the event was a success.

The day was ultimately a showcase of the limitless potential of the next generation of changemakers. Enactus Ireland couldn't be prouder of the talent and dedication displayed by all the teams - SETU, IADT, TCD, UCC, UL, DCU, and UCD. Your passion and commitment to creating positive change is truly inspiring. Let's keep pushing boundaries and changing the world together! ✨

Now, it's time to take this excitement to the global stage. We will be heading to Utrecht this year for the Enactus World Cup Final. Get ready for an incredible journey over the coming months as TCD gear up to represent Ireland and compete with teams from all around the world!

We look forward to welcoming our university teams, faculty advisors, judges and business leaders to the Enactus Ireland National Competition 2023 in just two days time.

Our Enactus student teams will showcase their solutions contributing to the attainment of the Global Goals with the hope of being crowned Ireland's National Champion 2023. The chosen campus will have the opportunity to represent Ireland on a global stage at the Enactus World Cup in Utrecht, Netherlands later this year.

We're so excited for a day full of innovation, entrepreneurial leadership and celebration. We'll see you on Thursday at Chartered Accountants House, Dublin 2.
