In June 2014 the students of the Camden School of Drama performed their version of Hans Christian Anderson's "The Emperor's New Clothes". We came to discover it was a very interesting cautionary tale, and very relevant to our lives today.

We called it, "Empress Me!";
We read the the story;
We discussed the characters;
We created some scenes;
We created some new characters;
We put the scenes together;
It was filmed;
Then we had a script;
Then we rehearsed;
Then we performed.

It became our very own new play!

I will be offering three classes starting Thursday 25 September 2014. As usual all classes will be held on Thursday afternoons at The Lantern Centre on Synge Street, Dublin 2 - through 'The Turquoise Door"!

5 - 6 years
2.45 - 3.30pm
€90/10 week term

7 - 9 years
3.45 - 4.45pm
€100/10 week term

10 - 12 years
5 - 6.15pm
€115/10 week term

There will be 3 terms (of 10 weeks each) to cover the 2014/2015 study year, each with mid-term break off which falls roughly in the middle of each term.
