Michael Hedges was one of the most influential and important acoustic guitarists of all time. He has influenced and inspired a generation of guitarists. If you have some 'Spare Change' (if you know, you know) please think about contributing to the film below. His legacy deserves to be preserved. M

I always find these lists interesting in who they don't mention. No Larry Adler, Howard Levy, Jason Ricci, Brendan Power etc
Basically, if you're in public eye and relatively well known that qualifies as 'best of all time' 🤨

It wasn't hard to choose who to include in our best harmonica players list. Frankly, there's not that many contenders, so I'm sure we agree...

Check out TG4 tonight. There's a documentary on the great Don Baker Band. The man who taught us all to play harmonica. I've had the honour of both playing and recording with him a couple of times and it's always a fantastic experience.

The TUA Films documentary on my life is on tonight at 9:30 TG4, in the meantime here's my interview from the Independent.
