A lil boogie with my bestie last weekend at in 💖 Creating this piece together was such a fun journey, blending choreography and improvisation to tell a story of momentary connections. Would love to keep performing and evolving the piece...any dance showcases or scratch nights out there??

A fine thing to receive in today's post ☺️ This spring I built on my experience as a dancer and teacher, sought further training through Athletic Artist Method and am now a certified Dance Injury Prevention & Wellbeing Educator 💪

After struggling through my own pains and injuries, I knew I wanted further training to support both myself and my students to keep dancing for years to come!

This course provided terrific guidance, further education, and space for reflection. I'm feeling equipped and inspired to keep training dancers to be their best creative, performing, wonderfully unique selves -- with their health and well-being always at the centre of our practice! 💖

Thank you Nic and the team for leading the course, and my classmates as well for the useful discussions and engagement. Bualadgh Bos! 👏
