The End of Alzheimer's - by Dr. Dale Bredesen
The End of Alzheimer's offers a groundbreaking plan to prevent and reverse Alzheimer’s Disease, that fundamentally changes how we understand cognitive decline.
Recent studies have shown that over 225,000 people will develop dementia in the UK this year alone – that is 1 person in every 3 minutes. With numbers of sufferers set to rise to 2 million by 2051.
In this ground-breaking new book, based on 27 years of research, internationally renowned expert Dr Dale Bredesen, provides real hope and practical information for anyone looking to prevent, and even reverse, Alzheimer ’s disease and cognitive decline.
Revealing that AD is not one condition, as it is currently treated, but three, The End of Alzheimer’s outlines 36 metabolic factors (micronutrients, hormone levels, sleep) that can trigger "downsizing" in the brain.

This was the captive audience at "An Evening with Dr Rangan Chatterjee" on Fri 16th June 2017 the gibson hotel. There were more members of the general public than practitioners in this room. At IHS we are striving to share our knowledge and empower members of the public to make positive nutrition and lifestyle choices. Education is the way forward to prevention of chronic disease and we will be continuing to in 2018. We hope you will be able to join us Institute of Health Sciences Watch this space for some more photos of both Fri and Saturday's events.
