Through personal experience as a maths teacher I designed Steps to Maths (www.stepstomaths.com) to help students practice mathematics at their own level.

This allows them to build up their ability in maths with a deep personal understanding. I created Steps To Maths after investigating how effective my teaching was. I found that even when my teaching was clear and my students appeared to understand the topic during the class there was often no long lasting benefit.
