Sally has been part of RGA since 2015, building her way from complete beginner to brown belt.
Along the way she’s lost 30kg, gained confidence, competed (and won … a lot), and balanced training with a full-time job and raising five kids.
She now coaches everyone from our kids classes up to our competing athletes across both Dublin and Navan, helping others start their own journey.
Sally has said that she’s proof that there’s a place for everyone on the mats 🔥
