Moti is the first and only native teacher from the Middle East who has brought this form of dance to Ireland. She established herself in the Digges Lane Dance Centre in 1989. Moti first started dancing when she was just five years old and pretty soon she was choreographing special events and occasions for her local school. Some forty-five years on she continues to share her talent with women of al
l ages which is an important aspect of her life that she greatly enjoys. It may not be known to everyone but this style of dance is an unique art form, requiring an authentic teacher to pass on the true spirit of tradition from the East. Moti is the only such teacher in Ireland and once seen, she will transfix you as she demonstrates the beauty of this dance. Since teaching in Ireland she has provided an opportunity for other women to dance for fun or on a professional basis. Others have followed Moti's lead and have started their own dance classes.
