One of my favourite dishes year-round! 🍤🥣

This delicious Thai Red Prawn Curry is packed full of protein-rich prawns and nutritious veggies. It also has a great kick to it that the whole family will enjoy, including your weaning baby!

My girls love the flavours in this curry and I love how easy it is to prepare. I love to double up and freeze leftovers to have at hand (if there are any!) 😍

Here’s what you’ll need:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tsp fresh ginger
1 tbsp homemade Thai red curry paste
Handful green beans
1 tin chopped tomatoes
50g coconut cream.
400g frozen cooked prawns, thawed

👶For baby:
Adding more Texture: (6 ½ months+) - Remove any prawn shells and tails, blend with the sauce and rice.
Textured (8 months+) - Remove any prawn shells and tails and chop into pea-size pieces or leave whole to let your baby self-feed.

Mealtimes with a toddler can often feel like a battle, especially if your little one is a picky eater. Many parents struggle with food refusal, mealtime tantrums, and the challenge of ensuring their child gets a balanced diet. One simple yet effective solution is to offer food in a divider plate.

Benefits of a silicone suction divider plate:
✅Reduces Food Overwhelm by separating different foods into manageable portions
✅Encourages Variety and Balance
✅Prevents Food from Touching
✅Promotes Independence and encourages self-feeding
✅Creates a Fun and Engaging Mealtime Experience

For more details check out my new blog on The Benefits of Using a Suction Divider Plate for a Fussy Toddler 👉 Advice Blog Link in Bio

Our Silicone Suction Divider Plate has a strong suction base to prevent spills. This plate is made from 100% BPA-Free food grade silicone and is dishwasher Safe (top rack), making it so easy to clean 😍

How Do I Avoid Raising A Fussy Eater? 👶🤷‍♀️

I get this question a lot! Unsurprisingly, the first year of a baby's life is the most important in terms of developing good eating and food habits 🥕🥗

If you're worried about your baby becoming a fussy eater, here are my tips on how to avoid this:

1. Offer a wide variety of foods and always aim to introduce new tastes and textures! Offering the same food over and over again may teach your baby that they should only be consuming those types of food, which can start the routine of food fussiness.

2. Get the setting right! Eating as a family in a space that is free of distraction will encourage your baby to focus on their food and eat along with the family.

3. Let your baby make a mess! When a baby is allowed to explore and experiment with their foods, they are less likely to have an aversion to new foods or textures as they grow, hence avoiding fussiness.

4. Most importantly, don't stress! Sometimes it just takes time for your baby to accept certain foods. Don't give up and just enjoy the journey without putting pressure on yourself. Every baby will have its own journey.
