We had a very special visit from the community Garda, who told us all about staying safe 🚓👮🏻‍♂️

We had a great month last month learning all about the people in our community! We also had some lovely visits from our amazing parents tell us all about what they do. Thank you to all the mums and dads who came in to see us 😊

My husband runs an outstanding primary school. I asked him what he actually needs children to be able to do when they walk through the door in September. Teachers have been flagging this for a few years. There’s been a real shift in how prepared children are and a lot of it is being put down to gentle parenting that has drifted into permissive. I say that as someone who gentle parents. There is a difference. Part one: gross and fine motor skills. Part two on attention and listening coming soon.
