A busy, family in the heart of New York are seeking a full-time Rota Nanny to provide sole charge care for their four school-aged children (9-13 years of age).
The position involves working a structured rotation schedule (e.g., 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off) to ensure round-the-clock coverage, seamless shift handovers, and consistent support for the children's daily routines and school commitments across the family's residences.
🔸4 School-Aged Children — prior experience managing multiple school-age children simultaneously is required.
🔸Start Date: Interviewing ASAP, there will be a rural period also.
🔸Schedule: Rota basis, requires flexibility during on-duty periods and clear handovers with the co-nanny.
🔸This is a fully staffed home; high requirement for seamless communication with the co-nanny, PA, and broader team.
🔸The family also have beautiful dogs so you must be familiar with dogs.
🔸The Nanny must provide continuous, sole-charge coverage during on-duty rotation periods, maintaining consistent boundaries, routines, and clear shift handovers with the secondary nanny.
🔸Full sole-charge nanny responsibilities for four children, including managing school schedules, academic support, extracurricular activities, transport logistics, and overall daily well-being.
🔸Exceptionally organised, proactive, adept at multi-tasking, comfortable with a fast-paced lifestyle, and a genuine lover of animals.
🔸 A driver is essential with a clean license; must pass a full background and police check.
