Miss Kate…

Delighted to have our lovely Kate coming onboard full time with Showbiz.

Kate took her first tap class at the age of 3 and was hooked!

With endless experience as a teaching assistant & lots of years spent performing on both stage & screen we are thrilled to have her with us full time.

Kate is currently studying for her Diploma of Associate & working towards becoming a fully qualified & registered teacher.

Kate is also the secretary for Showbiz Productions. Busy lady indeed!

Update for September….

After lots of thought we have decided that primary school children are no longer obliged to wear Jazz shoes for our weekly show classes.

We are aware that little feet keep growing so in order to reduce costs for parents, children can wear their own runners to class each week. No crocs!!

If your child has dance shoes they would like to wear then that is fine but there is no obligation.

They will however need white hi tops (Penneys, Shein, Temu - approx €15) for show time in June but hopefully this reduces the costs overall for parents who have previously had to buy several pairs of dance shoes throughout the year trying to keep up with little feet.

Teens - You will still need character shoes & hi tops as before.

All shoe & uniform information including links & prices will be available on our website www.theshowbizacademy.ie from next week.
