One of my clients im working with a busy schedule working for himself and still gets the time to train he's training 2 times a week, and in just a short time, he's down 5.5 pounds

It's not all about the scales he feels so much better in himself, sleeping better, eating better, moving better, and his strength is coming along nicely

Another happy client mark came to me, not knowing what to expect. He was never really in a gym before and was nervous to start, but once we got going, he was flying

Mark was the kind of fella that looked at the weight and said I can't do that."" Joe, are you mad in the head, but to be fair, he was the one mad in the head, lol 😆

He just needed that friendly push, and he did do it. See, it's not all just been serious been pushed to breaking point and not enjoying the process

I like to have a bit of crack with my clients, putting them at ease, laughing, joking, they all have my number so they can reach out to me if needed and even call me the odd name in a text 😀

Anyway, what I'm trying to say is that working out should be fun. You should be enjoying the process and not dreading the thought of going to the gym

Winner winner chicken dinner Client win I have been working with Barry for a while now, and it's been a pleasure working with him from the get-go

No matter what I throw at this man, he just puts his head down and gets it done and gives 100% every time he truly is a pleasure to work with

He has trust in me, and the process he knows its not a quick fix he has a goal in his head and we're going to get to that goal

His strength is gone through the roof and is only going to get stronger 💪 watch this space, and there are only more good things to come

Find a workout buddy to exercise with, or simply someone to hold you accountable and encourage you

Set yourself some achievable goals for the week that excite you and celebrate every tiny win

Know your why - without a clear reason why fitness is important to you, sticking with it can get tough

Have a good night's sleep to maximise your energy

if you're not feeling up to a workout, perhaps a morning walk could be exactly what you need to lift your spirits
