All jokes aside proud of my guy for putting in the work and seeing the results
Alex already had good gym knowledge has been training years and a fully qualified pt now
He knew how to train hard and built a decent amount of muscle for us to work with
His cardio is minimal at the moment we have not went over 30 minutes this whole time,
Down 5+ kgย of body fat with food just below maintenence
His training intensity and quality is better than ever
hes more energised and alive and its great to see
im proud to see the positive mental and physical progress he is making and will help him take things to the next level for summer โ๏ธ

Buzzing to get my first outdoor 10k this morning
Its mad
There was a time during the second lock down I remember going over to the park a lot for the head
I moved back home and had started having trouble with my breathing
Id be wheezing badly then having mad health anxiety and panicking which didn't help,
Id no dog or ever had one before but was consistently walking over to the park to be surrounded by trees and trying to take in as much fresh air as I could ๐
I remember walking through the forest thinking one day im gonna come back over here and run a 5k around it (never did)
Eventually I was diagnosed with asthma aged 26 and prescribed a steroid inhaler to use daily (i don't)
So it makes this little run a lot more enjoyable to have doubled what I said I would do while only starting to run two weeks ago and doing my first 10 on treadmill last week
We Really have nothing without our health and the anxiety around it can stressful,
My advice would be to get up and move the body, walk as much as you can, try surround your self in nature, try new things and aim to improve when ever you can

First Growing season ๐ i was sick of being skinny, cutting weight and dropping body fat is one part of the puzzle, the goal for me was always to get bigger and stronger grow more muscle while still be mobile enough to still enjoy other aspect of training like running or yoga or what ever I decided to try out, Iโm 31 year old natural 32 in December and Iโve never felt fitter or stronger in my life while still adding muscle tissue and training harder than ever with weights. Lifting weights and progressing my physique will always be my favourite thing to do I love the fact you can do x,y,a consistently and you get your reward down the line, the methods work, everyone tells you exactly what to do online itโs actually taking the time to be serious and dedicated for a period of time that gets real results, growing muscle isnโt easy but it does happen when you grind and learn, adapt and trust the process,
Approaching 20kg of fat loss for my client Dean like most of the clients I work with was flat out in the gym and training hard and consistently โ, but wasnโt getting the results his efforts deserved, he enquired about coaching before previously but for whet ever reasons the stars didnโt align, weeks went past and he finally decided to go all in on his goals and take his training and physique to a new level, the plan was simple train 4/5 times per week, strip some weight back work on tempo and execuation, progress lifts over time and eat more food than he ever had before, even now almost 20kg down and we are still full and in a great place with food ready for the next dig, I love working with passionate clients and Dean is definitely someone I really enjoy coaching and appreciate our conversations around training and progress!! Look forward to seen how far we can take things together ๐ฅ
