Last week we welcomed the Cyncly team to Howth for a Skipper’s Full Experience with the Howth School of Fish — and while the weather had other ideas, the day still delivered.
Stormbound but far from idle: lively Q&As on fishing, hands-on fish filleting in the shop, oysters opened like pros, knots tied (mostly right 😉), a cracking meal in The Oarhouse… and to finish? Learning how to pull a proper pint of Guinness in The Bloody Stream.
No boats, no problem.
That’s Ireland for you — adapt, laugh, eat well, and keep her lit.

On World Water Day 2023 we are spreading the word on how the worldwide water and sanitation crisis needs attention. You can act now by taking these small steps:

Save Water: Take shorter showers and don't let the tap run whe brushing teeth, doing dishes and preparing food

Stop Polluting: Don't put food, waste, oils, medicines and chemicals down toilets and drains

Eat Local: Buy local , seasonal food and look for products made using less water
