Classroom overcrowding in schools is a real problem. Too many distractions, too many mismatches of personality, squabbles which lead to behaviour management challenges, not to mention the challenges to deliver personalised and differentiated teaching, then there is the managing the assessment and reporting, for teachers.

Online schooling has none of these issues and is a very viable alternative for students, particularly those with anxieties and additional needs such as SEND and EAL.

Online schools are growing in popularity among children who say mainstream school is not for them. Now, the government is asking online providers to apply for accreditation, which means they will be inspected by the schools watchdog Ofsted.

Results are out and the decision to undertake a degree versus cost will be an important factor for many students.

Have you considered free tuition for international students in Sweden? Courses which are taught in English are free, all you need to pay is for your accommodation, transport and cost of living. This is substantially less than a UK university, due to the absence of fees.

Perhaps a willingness to immerse oneself in a new culture and language will help too!
