The series of successful Pilots continued the days between 20-22 of November, in Thessaloniki, Greece, organized by AUTH. This session focused on the Automated Guided Vehicles for Supply Chain Management. The students participated in the implementation of the virtual scenarios and obtained real-world experience with AGVs during their visit to the Robotics Lab and the Smart Home of CERTH-ITI.

At the end of October 2024 the first Pilot Training took place in Milan, Italy, hosted by ECOLE. It was designed to test and refine training materials and methodologies on the Internet of Things while equipping participants with the skills needed to navigate the evolving landscape of digital technologies in Supply Chain Management.

👉 The last intensive training course took place last week in Aveiro (Portugal), hosted by AEJE. This training session was focused on Data Analytics in Supply Chain Management!

This training session was focused on Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality (VR/AR) in Supply Chain Management.

📌BE-Digital Project Meeting & Dissemination Event | Thessaloniki, 4–5 June 2025
The BE-Digital consortium gathered in Thessaloniki, Greece, for a dynamic final meeting, which was hosted by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
🔹 Partners presented their contributions to training, dissemination, and innovation in digital supply chains.
🔹 Interactive discussions focused on course improvements, student feedback, and sustainability strategies.
🔹 The public dissemination event welcomed over 50 participants from academia, industry, and education.
🎤 Special thanks to Dr. Georgia Ayfantopoulou (Deputy Director-Research Director, CERTH/HIT) for her inspiring keynote speech on the future of Digital Supply Chains and the role of emerging technologies.
