RETRACTION - PROTRACION
Two 🔑 movements of the shoulder blades which are big part of many Calisthenics exercises which is commonly neglected.
Nail the basics first then all the cool stuff will come a lot sooner.

Handstand Class Every Wednesday.
Beginner Handstand class is at 6pm. This class is for anyone who's interest in learning to become confident upside down and start taking your handstand training to another level. 🤸♂️
Intermediate Handstand class is at 7pm. This is for the more experienced handstanders who have been training handstand for longer than 6 months and are all well capable of holding a free standing handstand with no spotter.
If your interested in trying one of classes don't be shy get in touch we would love to help you. Our job is to give you the correct information and share our knowledge of calisthenics training with you so you can become stronger, learn all sorts of cool bodyweight exercises like (Handstand, Front/Back Lever, Muscle Up etc.) And way more.
