This is less about shaming anyone that created, shared, or even had a giggle at the content I’m talking about here. I think we are in times that are changing really quickly, I think we are all learning new things in real time, which means we are going to get it wrong and make mistakes, but I do think we should be having these conversations and just pausing to question what we are engaging with and what the potential ripples of this is when we normalise it ❤️
You can squ!rt without oh!-ing.
You can oh! without squ!rting.
And sometimes they happen at the same time

One of you sent me this DM - “Hi Jenny, how can you tell if you squ!rted? A felt a tiny bit of liquid come out but it didn’t feel anything like an org——. It kind of felt like nothing. My boyf said it was squ!rt but I’m not so sure, any advice?”

LETS BREAK IT DOWN:
Squ!rt!ng doesn’t always feel like an OH! For many people it can feel neutral, subtle, or even like you described “nothing much” at all. That’s because squ!rting is a release response, not a pleasure peak, so it doesn’t always come with the same intense sensations as an OH! (Unless you oh! at the same time)
A small amount of fluid with no OH! feeling can absolutely still be squ!rting.
But it’s also okay to not label it at all. What matters most is how you felt.
This is why I always go on about the importance of education. When we understand how our body functions we can transform the feeling of confusion and wondering and feeling unsure into actually being able to enjoy the sensations we are feeling in the moment
