Fine day for a Pilates session out in Glendalough! Great to have practiced whilst out in fresh air ๐๐ป๐๐ป

Met up with this lad after months to work on the legs, great exercise to increase explosive power especially for sports that require jumping high ๐ช๐ป๐ช๐ป
I am amazed how much my flexibility has improved with this exercise, never thought I would be able to do it but practice does make perfect! One exercise I include in every Pilates routine I teach ๐ช๐ป๐ช๐ป
