Well done to everyone for another great school year! Yes, it was another hard one for the children but they did themselves and their families proud. And a special 'good luck' to 6th class as they leave us today for bigger and brighter things!
Thank you all for everything and have a great summer. Siobhán

For this year, the boys and girls re-created their favourite book covers. We can't believe the levels of creativity and imagination! Thanks to Ms. Cunningham who made this little video. 🙂

It's been a long time since we closed on March 12th but we were delighted to open again on September 1st.
Thank you all for your support, kindness and co-operation as we welcomed our amazing children back yesterday. I was so happy to see everyone again. :-)
Yes, we have a lot of new routines to get used to and a lot of new rules to keep us all as safe as possible. However, with your continuing support, we will all get used to everything very soon.
Thanks to you all.

Just remember - always supervise your children when they're online.
(By the way, Padlet is pretty much Pinterest for teachers...)😅

Hi everyone. I hope you're all staying safe and well.
Thanks to everyone who completed our survey I sent on Tuesday evening. Also, thanks as well for responding to the texts from individual teachers - by having your email addresses, your child's teacher can directly contact you with work plans and keep in touch. If you haven't sent your child's teacher an email, please do so as soon as possible.
More work is on the way for next week - keep an eye on your email and the post.
Just please, please remember that we do not want to put pressure on yourselves. No-one has the perfect home set-up for the children not to be in school - still going out to work or working from home, caring for younger children or other family members, more than one school-aged child to manage and maybe not enough devices to go around or little access to the Internet while still getting dinner on the table and the washing done is not doable.
Think of the work plans as menus - pick and choose from it what you want. Do not worry about your child falling behind - everyone is in the same boat. Once the school reopens, our teachers will jump straight back in and bring every child back up to speed. We can't wait to get back to business as usual.
Let us know if we can do anything and stay in touch. Siobhán ❤️
