The School of Celtic Studies Library at Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies - DIAS will open its doors virtually and showcase some of its hidden literary treasures via Zoom for Culture Night. Join us as members of DIAS speak about our manuscripts’ digitisation project, Irish Script on Screen, our collection of manuscripts, manuscript facsimiles and a selection of some of our most valuable early printed books. This series of short talks will give a brief overview of the history of manuscript and print culture for the Irish language, and how these invaluable sources of literary heritage are now preserved physically and digitally by the School of Celtic Studies.
