Last week our students created their own Eddie Rockets inspired “fakeaway”, making crispy chicken tenders and Oreo milkshakes from scratch.

Some seriously impressive cooking skills on display and even better taste tests at the end! 😋

Our 2nd Year Home Economics students have been working on their CBA1 punchneedle projects, producing some fantastic textile designs.

Fantastic day spent over working with the LifeLab team 🩺🫀Our 2nd year SPHE classes have been busy learning all about health literacy in the classroom. Lovely to see our students putting all their new skills into practice🗣️

We finished off our day with an informative talk and tour from the team over 🤩

🎯 Huge congrats to 2nd Year student Braedan Higgins on being selected for the Dublin Elite Youth Darts Squad! A brilliant achievement, we’re all proud of you! 🔵🟡

Last week, some of our senior students got the chance to take part in a fun and engaging workshop with about the assassination of JFK 🇺🇸. Students had a fantastic time delving into the history of the event, which included carrying out analysis of data from the case including gunshot residue, fingerprinting, ballistics and autopsy reports! 📝 🧬 Well done to everyone!
