Shona Ashmore Interview Coaching I offer advanced interview coaching and presentation training one on one for young people entering or in further education and the workplace.

I bring my experience from working in HR in large organisations such as the United Nations and John Lewis in the UK combined with years of teaching Speech and Drama to the provision of high quality one on one coaching in interview and presentations skills. I specialise in helping candidates at key points of transition in their career, including landing their first roles as well as professionals looking to advance their career as they look to secure new positions.

Welcome to my new page for my Interview and Presentations Skills Coaching service. I offer one on one coaching to young people on how to perform well in an interview and how to promote themselves to potential employers. I also provide presentation skills coaching and training. Recent successes include a soon to graduate Business and Commerce student who received four job offers from leading global accountancy firms during this year's graduate recruitment milkround and a medical student who received an offer from a UK university.

Coaching involves a tailored analysis of the recruitment process, followed by personal information gathering and a full mock interview. My motto is train hard fight easy so this is a challenging exercise that prepares candidates for the hardest interview approaches.
