11:30 - 14:45 Fitnastix Activities
A fitness program created specifically for our boys and girls ages 4 - 12 to challenge their bodies and minds. Your child will learn new skills such as tumbling flips, coordination of moves, breath control, strength, body conditioning, and flexibility with age-appropriate functional fitness and aerobics.
They'll learn gymnastics skills through parkour, obstacle course training, and freestyle moves like flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks, combined with strength and agility exercises.

Dear parents, despite the lifting of restrictions, there is a new surge of covid cases in the country. In this regard, we kindly ask you not to accumulate in the waiting area. Please bring the children to the reception and wait in the cars during lessons. The only exception can be the youngest group (preschoolers 3-4 years old) where parents should be close. Masks and social distance must always be respected.
