We’re back to our full schedule from Monday the 5th 🥊
New members and returning members are always welcome!
Beginner Classes (4 per week):
• Monday & Wednesday – 19:45
• Tuesday & Thursday – 18:00
Teen Classes (ages 10–15, 3 per week):
• Monday, Wednesday & Friday – 17:30
The gym runs classes 7 days a week, so there’s something for everyone.

One week on, what an atmosphere what a night.

got the win Saturday night in a really good fight and a brilliant performance from him.
Thomas doesn’t hang around, after only 12 months training he clocked up 5 amateur fights followed by a trip to Thailand where he unfortunately picked up a horrific injury, Which stopped him fighting for a few months.
Saturday night was his 3rd pro fight and he got a chance to throw some elbows, they make the different in Darndale.
