Se mi dovessero chiedere cos’è l’amore, direi un batuffolino arancione irlandese che mi ha cambiato la vita.
Lei mi è stata accanto in molti momenti, belli o difficili, e nei grossi cambiamenti di questi ultimi anni.
Papà non è perfetto e spesso si sente in colpa, ma ti ama con tutto se stesso.

Even under this uncertain times, you can still train and keep yourself fit, healthy, and someone says as well, sane too!

All you need is a phone or a laptop, an internet connection, and possibly some weight (but not necessary!).

You can choose between personal training, which means my attention would be only focus on you, and early morning classes, if you would like other people company but at the same times you are busy with work and home schooling!

In a month, as a team (of hopefully four) we are gonna lift the weight of a lifeboat, which means 28.000kg. So better train for that right?

45 mins amrap of 70kg Back squats for 15 reps.

Got 12 rounds + 10 reps (190 reps) = 13.300kg by myself 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Mandatory post competition post:
Well, first year at the and it has been amazing! Funny to think how terrified I was a month ago, and the closer I was getting to it the more excited I was. We went for the craic and we got the craic. Very happy about my personal results, and all the guys in the team flew trough it as Well! Definetly the best team to stay with! Hopefully next year we would be able to get some more session together 😅

18.1. 5 mins each athletes for a gymnastic skill, 1km Bike Erg, As many reps as possibile of box climb over with a 40kg bag.
Athlete 1: Pull ups
Athlete 2: Toe to Bar
Athlete 3: Chest to Bar
