Fatloss Conditioning Circuit

Prowler x 4 Lengths
Sled Drags x 4 Lengths
Battling Ropes x 30 slams
Burpee x 20
Farmers Walks x 4

Usually get one Circuit workout Done every friday,
Does it Work for Fatloss? Well we only discussed how much weight Jimmy was down, Close to 40lbs

First Step is just to Get Started
We all have a Goal in Mind, I WANT TO LOSE FAT I WANT TO TONE UP
We tend to think about the end Goal
And forget about the Process
Enjoying Training
Showing up consistently
Getting in the best environment possible to train were we dont feel intimidated or judged
Changing Your Lifestyle for the better
Each day becoming a better Version of Yourself

Dont think to much about the end goal Focus more on the Process and enjoy it

The idea is to Train not to Drain,

You dont have to kill yourself everytime you are in the gym or everytime you Train!! Listen to your body, if you need to Rest do, if you need to Take a day off go for it!!

And If you are training and not seen the Results you want!! Then you might need some direction, accountability, a system to follow that will actually help you help shift that 5KG? To get stronger, to get leaner Legs, Flatter Stomach? A better envoriment were you know I am in the right place to become the best version of myself!! ..

After F**k all sleep night before this lower body session, we just made everyting lighter!!

Nothing Fancy just some hard work.. Deadlifts and squats :)
Seen a good post earlier it said Change comes at the end
of your comfort zone....
First Step, just get started Make that move, You dont have to wait till monday, you dont have to get abit Fitter before you start,You dont have to wait till the kids go back to school? You just have to start, Get up and get going Get out of that zone, Get going and take that step
