Today is Grandmaster He Il Chos 76th Birthday. A wonderful martial artist and a man who continues to inspire all of his students from the youngest to the oldest on a daily basis around the globe. How lucky we are to follow the example of a man who lives the aims to achieve. Master Darcy, Master Byrne, Master Fitzgerald and all of your students here in Ireland, Sir, wish you a very,very Happy Birthday.

All entry forms should now have been handed in to your Instructors for next Sundays Master Darcys AIMAA Traditional Competition. We look forward to catching up with everybody on the day.

Please ensure that all entry forms for Master Darcys Traditional Taekwondo Competition on September 25th in Rathwire National School are completed and returned to your instructors this week.

Master Darcy is hosting the AIMAA Traditional Martial Arts Open on Sunday 25th September in Rathwire National School. Team patterns will consist of TWO members who will execute their chosen pattern followed immediately by their chosen One Steps. See you there!!!
