One aspect of the Irish leaving certificate exam that is vitally important is the Oral exam. As you are aware, the structure of the oral exam changed in 2012 and this caused some heartache for both students and teachers. I worked along Comhdháil Náisiúnta na Gailge and Macalla Teoranta in creating support material for the new oral exam. ‘Cuireadh chun cainte’ is an explanatory DVD which you may have seen from Gaelport.ie in 2012. The written exam can also be a daunting task for any student, through our simple and intuitive notes we feel we give students an edge to gain their required grade.
