We're delighted to announce a partnership with Dublin Port Company with the intention to develop an artist campus and workspace at the 5000m² former Odlum’s Flour Mills site.

A memorandum of understanding was signed by Maureen Kennelly, Director of the Arts Council, and Eamonn O’Reilly, outgoing CEO of Dublin Port Company, earlier this week.

To address the urgent need for more artists' space in Dublin, we have been working with Dublin Port Company since early 2022 to explore options within the Flour Mills Masterplan site.

The proposed artist campus intends to provide artists’ studios, experimental performing and visual arts spaces, sound proofed rehearsal rooms, workshops, co-working spaces, conference and meeting spaces at the site.
