What an epic week of spearfishing 400 miles north of the arctic circle with a great crew of pals.

Here’s the simple recipe if you’d like to try with you own raw fish.

Red onion
Tomatoes
Yellow / orange peppers
Salt & Black pepper (add salt before acid)
Lime and/or Lemon juice
Coriander
Cucumber
Jalapeño
Mango
Avocado
Cubed raw fish

All ingredients are optional except fish and lime/lemon

The final question on the weekly feedback form that online clients fill out is my favoutite.

When we’ve discussed progress in several specific areas in the rest of the feedback form, throwing the door open like this always brings something unexpected and worth celebrating.

These are always my favourite wins.
