Teamwork, energy, problem-solving & a lot of laughs ๐Ÿ™Œ

We had an amazing day in Finn Lough delivering a bespoke GoTeam experience alongside Stride Ireland Management Events for their client.

Set against the outdoors, every activity was designed to encourage collaboration, communication, and stronger team connection. Teams completed challenges like โ€œTower of Powerโ€ alongside bespoke activities including HydroBikes on the lake.

Thanks to everyone who brought the energy throughout the day ๐Ÿ‘

Last week at Druids Glen, the Brennan & Co team took on the Beat the Box challenge ๐Ÿ”โฑ๏ธ

Working in teams, participants solved puzzles, cracked codes, and unlocked a series of cases against the clock before revealing the final phrase from the box: โ€œAt the Heart of Innovation.โ€

The challenge brought together communication, collaboration, and problem-solving in a fast-paced and engaging setting, with plenty of competitive spirit throughout the afternoon ๐Ÿ‘

70 AbbVie pirates ๐Ÿดโ€โ˜ ๏ธ , one room full of deals, strategy, chaos & questionable negotiating tactics ๐Ÿ˜…

Last week we brought the energy to the Clayton Dublin Airport with our Trade Winds experience - a fast-paced pirate-themed challenge where teams had to gather intel, build alliances and outsmart the competition.

Safe to sayโ€ฆ there were plenty of bold trades, dramatic betrayals and big laughs along the way โš“

A huge thanks to the AbbVie team for fully embracing the challenge and bringing incredible energy from start to finish ๐Ÿ‘

We loved facilitating The Big Picture activity with the team from Slath Capital yesterday - a small group of 6 with strong insights, fresh perspectives and great energy throughout ๐ŸŽจ ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐ŸŽจ

We'll post their final masterpiece soon ๐Ÿ‘€ ๐Ÿ–ผ๏ธ

What an afternoon at our recent Friend or Foe event with Deloitte ๐ŸŽญ

Our crew Emma, John and Oddie had an absolute blast as the Deloitte teams put friendships to the test in a battle of interrogation, suspicion and strategy ๐Ÿ‘€

No one was safe from questioning as teams worked the room trying to uncover the hidden โ€œFoesโ€ among them. The roundtable discussions got seriously intenseโ€ฆ all in the spirit of fun, of course ๐Ÿ˜…

Out of 6 hidden foes, only 2 were uncovered by the end of the game - proving that sometimes your biggest enemy is hiding in plain sight ๐Ÿ˜œ

Ever tried building something without ever seeing the blueprint? ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ› ๏ธ

Thatโ€™s the challenge in iBuild โ€” where Architects, Couriers and Builders must collaborate through a strict one-way communication chain to recreate a mystery model.

Itโ€™s all about clear direction, trust, and a little bit of controlled chaos ๐Ÿ˜… With communication flowing only from Architect โ†’ Courier โ†’ Builder, things can get interestingโ€ฆ fast!

What do you think this team was trying to build? ๐Ÿค”

We ran Drone Control yesterday with this small but mighty team of 11 ๐Ÿ’ฏ

Drone Control is a high-flying team activity where groups pilot drones through a series of obstacles, putting communication, coordination and quick thinking to the test. Safe to say this team really rose above the challenge ๐Ÿš€

Perfect for smaller groups like this one - everyone gets hands-on, fully involved, and flying in sync!

Recently, we brought our Go Team challenge to the stunning town of Killarney for guests of Kerry Convention Bureau ๐ŸŒฟ

From exploring the Kingdomโ€™s breathtaking scenery to tackling creative photo and video challenges, our UK clients fully embraced the experience โ€” and the smiles say it all!

Go Team is a fully mobile platform that can be adapted to a wide range of objectives - from exploring new destinations and enhancing team engagement to supporting onboarding, communicating company values, and launching new products or initiatives.

Itโ€™s a versatile and impactful way to connect people with places, purpose, and each other ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿš€

Last week, we hosted The Big Picture with a group of 30 delegates stepping into their best Picasso-inspired roles. Each person focused on perfecting their own section - carefully aligning colours and lines on individual canvases ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐ŸŽจ๐ŸŽจ

Behind the scenes, our Orangeworks crew brought all the pieces together, assembling the full artwork out of sight. The final reveal came once everything was in place, unveiling a striking masterpiece that the group hadnโ€™t yet seen in its entirety. ๐Ÿ–ผ๏ธ

The Big Picture is a true celebration of collaboration and connection, demonstrating how individual contributions - when combined - create something far greater than the sum of its parts.
