Different generations, different perspectives, one great team! 🙌

We had a great time bringing Meet the Gens to Comfort Keepers Ireland, with an experience designed to get people talking, sharing perspectives and discovering what connects us across generations.

Because when we take the time to understand each other, we build stronger relationships, better communication and more connected teams. 💬🤝

Big ideas start with great teamwork! 💡

We brought 27 people from Smurfit Westrock together at Johnstown Estate for our Brainstorm experience, where creativity, collaboration and problem-solving took centre stage.

With fresh ideas, different perspectives and plenty of teamwork, Brainstorm challenges teams to think differently and work together to find solutions.

🚨 EVENT SPOTLIGHT: RED ALERT

Can your team stop the virus before it’s too late?

Teams are thrown straight into the action after learning their computer systems have been hacked. Each team is given a box packed with puzzles and challenges and just 60 minutes to solve them and stop the virus.
But there’s a catch. Once teams have cracked their own puzzles, they discover that the information they’ve uncovered could be exactly what another team needs to finish theirs.

With the clock counting down, teams must share information, work together and piece the final codes together before taking them to the central Red Alert sphere.

Then it’s a race against time to enter the code, stop the countdown and quarantine the virus.

Red Alert brings together:
🧩 Problem-solving
🤝 Collaboration
💬 Communication
⏱️ Working under pressure
🎯 Leadership

A team challenge where solving your own puzzle is only half the job.

Folks, I may have gone slightly overboard. 😂

I ordered a load of shovels.

Oran has now started finding them everywhere. In the showroom. Around the forest. Probably under his desk next.

But sure, we have them now, so we may as well put them to good use…

🛠️ Every completed INEOS Grenadier test drive this October gets a FREE shovel.

While stocks last, obviously.

Because you never know when you might need one. 😂

Book your test drive. Drive the Grenadier. Get yourself a shovel.

And if you see Oran wandering around the forest with one… mind your business.

AI is becoming part of everyday working life — so why not bring it into your next team event?
Our latest blog explores how AI-assisted team building can get teams thinking, creating and working together in a completely different way.
We also take a look at Global Innovation Game AI, where teams use AI tools to develop a new product, service or idea before pitching it to the rest of the group.
A little creativity, a little competition and plenty of teamwork.

Target locked. Engines on. Let the competition begin. 🎯🚙

We were back at Carton House with Stena Line, delivering a day packed with Target Zone and 4x4 Driving for 32 members of the team.

From testing their aim on the range to getting stuck into some serious off-road action, it was a day of teamwork, friendly competition and plenty of laughs along the way.

A little mud, a lot of fun, and a great team to put both challenges to the test. 🧡

35 people. One box. Can you Beat the Box? 🔐
We had a great day with Constellation Healthcare at the Midlands Hotel, where teams went head-to-head in a series of challenges designed to test communication, problem-solving and teamwork.
With clues to crack, challenges to complete and a box to unlock, there was plenty of competition — and plenty of laughs along the way!
Thanks to the Constellation Healthcare team for getting stuck in. 👏
