Congratulations to all 25Under25 Award winners!

Our Common Purpose Global Legacy Campaign aims to help young leaders and equip them with the skills, connections, and inspiration to be the change-makers in communities around the world. These awards support the ongoing social impact that our Legacy alumni continue to make.

We are excited to have a 25Under25 winner, Neha Jauhari, join us for our Common Purpose Programme for High-Potential Leaders this Spring.

Special thank you for supporting last year's Legacy Dublin to Deirdre Mortell and Rethink Ireland.

We are excited to announce that Common Purpose Ireland Senior Leaders Programme has begun!

We had our first session take place at The Guinness Enterprise Centre. Our programme journey started with a focus on 'Personal Agility' where the group explored leadership and 'Embracing Differences'. It was a delight to come together with participants from Ireland and Northern Ireland.

What better way to wrap up our Leadership Programme with the EPA Ireland Ireland than in the beautiful and inspiring Glencree Centre for Peace and Reconciliation. We had a wonderful day with this EPA senior team exploring the theme of ‘Transforming Systems’ in leadership. Many thanks to the team in Glencree for hosting us, our programme partners Peak Connexxions, and the EPA for their commitment to leadership development.

On Tuesday, we had the honour of listening to Toluwani Akaehomen, Chairperson, Africa Centre Ireland, and Ahmed Hasain, CEO, Islamic Cultural Centre of Ireland, as they opened a conversation regarding the role of Cultural Intelligence (CQ) in today's Ireland. As they drew on their respective experiences, they highlighted the importance of tolerance and understanding within communities and organisations.

Thank you to Toluwani, Ahmed, and everyone who joined us and participated in the dialogue for our Leadership Lunch Talk.

We are delighted to be working with EPA Ireland (Environmental Protection Agency Ireland) on a customised leadership programme, in association with Peak Connexxion Training Ltd.

Using the Common PurposeCommon Purpose ‘Immersion’ model, we brought the team to explore leadership ‘on the ground’ in two unique contexts - Camphill Kyle, part of Camphill Communities of Ireland, and Coolmine Therapeutic Community. Participants learned from the real-life challenges and successes of leaders in these environments and examined their own leadership from different vantage points.

Camphill forms part of an international movement working with people with intellectual disabilities and other kinds of special needs.

Coolmine is a drug and alcohol treatment centre providing community, day and residential services to men and women with problematic substance use and their families in Ireland.

Thank you to the teams and speakers in Camphill Kyle and Coolmine for hosting us. Laura Burke, Sinead Foskin,
Kathy Rolle, Tom Kearns, Lisa Larkin, Pauline McKeown, Fallon Dunne, Anita Harris, Conor Kearney.

The team in Common Purpose Ireland were honoured to meet the people of Turkey and be immersed in their beautiful country during Common Purpose's global international forum in Istanbul last week. Our hearts are with the victims of the devastating earthquakes that hit Turkey and Syria on 6th February 2023.

We are supporting our friends in the Islamic Cultural Centre of Ireland and Ahmed Hasain who are appealing for donations to support these victims.
